AROUND SAINT LOUIS

DAY 1 :

Arrival in Dakar, first night in a hotel in Dakar.

DAY 2 :

Driving down to the jetty to take a boat to Gorée Island, visit and lunch, back to Dakar in the afternoon, then driving to the "Pink Lake". Night on spot.

DAY 3 :

Visit of the lake in the morning, lunch before driving to Lompoul desert to spend the night.

DAY 4 :

Visit of Lompoul sur Mer where women sell vegetables, pic-nic on the beach before leaving to Saint Louis.

DAY 5 :

Starting early in the morning to Djouj Park, visit of the villages around. Night in a village lodge.

DAY 6 :

Back to Saint Louis to visit this old colonial city previously AOF (West French Africa) capital. Attend the arrival or departure of N’guet N’dar fishermen. Night on spot.

DAY 7 :

Driving to Koba to meet Peul people sedentarized in this part of Senegal. Visit and night in a village lodge.

DAY 8 :

Back to Dakar. End of trip.
